Justin comes from a family of dental innovators, with his grandfather having invented Valplast in 1947. He holds his NADL board certification as a dental technician in the complete and partial denture specialties and is an Adjunct Lecturer in the Restorative Dentistry department at the New York City College of Technology. Justin co-founded Impress3D after having spent over 15 years in various senior roles at Valplast International Corporation.
During his tenure there he taught thousands of dentists and technicians worldwide how to design and fabricate flexible partial dentures before moving on to invent our method for 3D printing Valplast flexible partials using a novel method of multi-material 3D printing. In 2022 Justin was named Inventor of the Year by The National Association of Dental Laboratories and received the Harry Hagman award for his invention.
Clay leads software development and digital product design for Impress3D as the creator of TREAT3D, a proprietary 3D printing and dental lab management platform. He previously founded and scaled CartPilot, a cloud-based supply chain automation tool for consumer product designers and established brands. He provides a knowledge of technology, manufacturing and their intersection that enables Impress3D dentists to order teeth from any device, anywhere in the world. From pixel coloring to cloud architecture, Clay is helping to expand digital dentistry in a mobile-first setting.
Mark is a Founding Partner of RFC Capital Partners (Funds 1-3) and spent 30 Years in Private Equity. He is also a Founding Partner of Konfidents, a leading German Dental platform. His experience includes a wide variety of merchant banking, merger & acquisition and corporate finance assignments in the manufacturing, food, distribution, service, communications, retail and entertainment industry sectors. Prior to joining Resource Financial Corporation in 1994, Mr. Teufel was in the private equity group at Heller Equity Capital Corporation, making direct equity investments in under-performing companies.
Craig has over 25 years of experience in medtech, healthcare, technology, and software as a service industry sector. He brings a broad range of operations experience to Impress3D, which includes strategic business planning, organizational development, rapid scaling, and lean enterprise. He served as VP Global Operations for SomnoMed Ltd, a global leader in medical oral appliances for sleep apnea, from 2017 to 2019. Before joining SomnoMed, he held various managerial positions, within engineering, operations and procurement with global public and private companies. Most recently, he served as the VP Operations for Seno Medical Instruments, Inc, a startup that was formed to commercialize a new modality in cancer screening and diagnosis called opto-acoustic imaging.
Dan has over 20 years of experience in successfully driving profitable customer growth and building iconic brands. Throughout his career, he has primarily worked in B2C omni-channel businesses, focusing on understanding customers, strategically differentiating brands, and forging lasting customer relationships. He held senior marketing roles at Victoria’s Secret, contributing to the company's growth from $2 billion to $7 billion during his tenure. He also led marketing at Express, Mansur Gavriel, and J.Jill, where he was part of the executive team that successfully took the company public. Most recently, he served as the CMO of EvaClean, a startup that provides cutting-edge infection prevention solutions to healthcare organizations.
Dr. Arash Hakhamian comes from a family of dentists and graduated from USC School of Dentistry. He owns and operates multiple associate dental offices in Southern California. He is the Cofounder of the Global Dental Implant Academy training dentists on dental surgery. Dr. Hakhamian is the founder and CEO of Dentulu, the nation's largest Teledentistry platform which offers access to dental care in all 50 states utilizing advanced technologies enabling at-home dental services beyond video conferencing. He also serves as the Chief Dental officer for Primal Health, a company with technology that improves the oral Microbiome by preventing sugar metabolism. Dr. Hakhamian also serves as the Chief Dental Officer for Greenmark Bio, a company that can reverse cavities through nano-technology. Dr. Hakhamian is an advisor, investor, and board member of numerous dental startups. His mission is to help dentists work with and invest in dental startups geared towards improving the dental profession.
Dr. Craig Stranigan was born in West Palm Beach, Florida. He spent most of his childhood in western New York, only to return to Florida for college. He attended the University of Miami and Stetson University. He received his dental degree at the University of Florida- College of Dentistry.
After finishing college in 1989, Dr. Stranigan chose to establish his practice in Port Saint Lucie. He attends numerous continuing education classes for implant, cosmetic and restorative dentistry to stay abreast with the latest advances in modern dentistry. Dr. Stranigan is the past president of the Treasure Coast Dental Society and a member of the American Dental Association and Florida Dental Association.
