From Pain Points To Profits

Cast Away Old Methods

Impress3D partials typically require minimal to no adjustments, significantly reducing chair time.

The digital design process allows for virtual adjustments before production, ensuring a better fit from the start.

This means fewer follow-up appointments and adjustments, freeing up your schedule for more patients and higher margin procedures.

Impress3D's in-house US-based process ensures consistent quality, quick issue resolution, and no outsourcing delays.

Get Valplast partials in just 4 days, far faster than the 2-3 weeks traditional labs need.

This rapid turnaround means less waiting for your patients and more efficient scheduling for your practice. Take on more patients and more revenue.

Elevate Your Practice

"I have been a Cerec user for around 15 years. With all the benefits of using Cerec to make in-house restorations I still could not find a solid solution for removable partials. Impress3D is that solution I was looking for."

A Week to a Perfect Fit

"We are able to use our technology by getting a digital scan of our patient's mouth, planning and executing for surgery, and then have a temporary means of replacing teeth all within a week's time. And the valplast partials fit like a dream! I would recommend Impress3D to any practitioner looking to simplify their workflow and meet their patients' needs."

How long does the entire process take from scan to delivery?

Our streamlined digital workflow allows us to deliver your Valplast partial in just 4-5 days from the time we receive your scan.

UPS 2 day shipping is included free of charge with all of our partials, putting your cases at your door in one week or less from the time you order it.

This is significantly faster than the 2-3 weeks typically required for traditional lab-made partials.

Is special training required to use Impress3D's system?

No special training is required.

We do recommend gaining some experience with scanning soft tissue before attempting larger, more complex RPD cases with intraoral scanners. Although we have never met an RPD case that couldn't be completed from a digital impression, some cases will require more practice and more patience than others. We provide easy-to-follow instructions and our support team is always available to guide you through the process.

How does the fit of Impress3D partials compare to traditional methods?

Thanks to our advanced 3D printing technology and precise digital scanning, Impress3D partials offer superior fit compared to traditional partials where distortion of impression materials, expansion of gypsum and dimensional stability issues from processing techniques can have an adverse effect on fit.

We want you to feel confident in the quality of our end product before you make a decision.

What about infection control and sterilization?

Our 3D printing process adheres to strict infection control protocols.
